Coffee, the sweet nectar of the gods. I’m personally can’t get my morning started without a good cup of coffee. If I really need to get going, a latte is in order.
I enjoy trying to new places or things and coffee shops are no exception. Check out some of my favorite local coffee shops in Gilbert.
Bergie’s Coffee Roast House
Bergies was founded in 2008 by two brothers, Brian and Bruce Bergeson, in Gilbert, Arizona. The actual store, located in the historic Heritage District of Gilbert, opened its doors in early 2009. Bergies prides itself with quality coffee, custom roasted by the brothers themselves. Their passion for a good cup of coffee has led to their desire to discover as much about roasting coffee beans and the incredible flavors and aromas associated with the process.
Bergies has one of the best patios I’ve seen at a coffee shop. There are plenty of unique chairs, scenic greenery, and a tranquil feel. I could sit and work on my laptop place for hours in the patio.

The Coffee Shop opened in September 2006 and is owned by the Flowers and Cuff families. They feature all homemade recipes and fresh ingredients that you and your family will enjoy. Their strength lies in their coffee drinks. Fresh brewed every day, they have dozens of combinations of espresso beverages served hot or cold.

They roast their coffee three times a week. They roast all of their beans in house in their Diedrich Roaster serving up custom drinks and local favorites.
They have so many different types of flavors to choose from that it can be hard figuring out what you want to drink. Luckily, the baristas are always more than happy to help!

The Bold Roost

The Bold Roost is a pretty eccentric place. Not only do they offer some pretty great coffee, but they also offer a solid beer and wine selection. They also offer a hemp coffee. I’m not sure of any other places in the valley, yet, that offers that.
